In this step, you create the contribution area for which different contribution rules to social insurance are valid. These will form the subtypes of the Social Insurance (CN) infotype (0532).

Activity

To create a new contribution area,

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. Enter the insurance type, contribution area and make the appropriate entry in the Pr./pst. tax field.

  • If you choose Indicator A for Post Tax, the employee's contribution will be taxed.
  • If you choose indicator B for Pre Tax, the employee's contribution will be free of tax.

  1. Save your entries.
