In this step, you maintain the possible reasons for a change of status of an employee's Public Housing Fund account.
Example
When a new employee is hired, his or her Public Housing Fund account status will be set to Transfer in and he or she will be eligible for Public Housing Fund contributions.
When an employee leaves the company, his or her Public Housing Fund account's status will be set to Transfer out and he or she will no longer be eligible for contributions.

Activities
To enter a new account status:
- Choose New entries.
- Enter the contribution area, change reason.
- If employees with the account status are eligible for Public Housing Fund contributions, flag the check box Contri. ID.
