In this step, you define the appointment reason code with the reference of the standard code GB14946-A5 issued by the government or you can create a new code if necessary.
Example
When a newly hired person becomes a permanent employee after a period of time, his or her appointment reason will be set to "become qualified after probation period".
When an employee changes job to another position, his or her appointment reason will be set to "position transferred".
