Use

In this Customizing activity, you assign the employees to the group IDs that you define in sick leave related tables for the following purposes:

In this Customizing activity, you assign employees to the group IDs that you define for calculating an employee's entitlement to a certain medical treatment period and for calculating the employee's long sick leave deduction. For more information, see the documentation for the Assign Employees to Group IDs (28SLV) feature.

Requirements

You have defined the group IDs in the following tables:

• You assign the seniority rules for service year calculation to the group ID in the Customizing activity Assign Seniority Rule and Group ID for Medical Treatment Period Check (view T7CN80).
• You define the absence type for entitled medical treatment period check to the group ID in the Customizing activity Assign Absence Types for Medical Period Check and Long Sick Leave (view T7CN82).
• You define the salary rate for the specified group when they take long sick leave in the Customizing activity Define Long Sick Leave Salary Rate (view T7CN83).
