Use
According to the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, if an employee has worked for a company for 10 years or longer, the employee can sign a permanent contract with the company.
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Personnel Administration (China) (PA-PA-CN) component. You can use this BAdI to define the date when an employee is eligible for signing a permanent contract with the company. When you maintain the Contract Elements (0016) infotype for an employee after this date, if you select a non-permanent contract, the system prompts a warning message that the employee is eligible for a permanent contract.
This BAdI includes one BAdI method: the Calculate Eligibility Date for Signing Permanent Contracts (CAL_PERMCONTR_DATE) method. You can use this BAdI method to execute your own logic to calculate the date for signing a permanent contract.
When you implement this BAdI, it overrides the default eligibility date in the system, which is 10 years from the employee's entry date.
