Use

In this Customizing activity, you define the minimum salary areas that are used in your company. You define each minimum salary area as a 4-digit code, and save the following information for each code:

  • Validity period
  • Minimum monthly salary amount
  • Minimum hourly salary amount
  • Percentage of minimum salary for long sick leave

Each employee is assigned with a minimum salary area in the Contract Elements (0016) infotype. During the payroll calculation, the system compares employees' salary with the respective minimum salary amount.

Make sure the information is updated and in line with the data published by the government each year.
