Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Payroll China (PY-CN) component. You can use this BAdI to define your own method for calculating the number of months between an employee's actual retirement date and the legal retirement date. This delta is used to calculate the tax on the early retirement subsidy.
You can use the Calculate Months for Early Retirement Subsidy BAdI method to specify how to calculate this number of months based on different importing parameters.
To use the method you define in this BAdI, you must specify the retirement age for men and women in the Enter Retirement Age Customizing activity.
