Use

In this Customizing activity, you enter the retirement ages for men and women according to government laws and statutes. The system uses these ages to determine the number of months between an employee's actual retirement date and the legal retirement date. This delta is used to calculate the tax on the early retirement subsidy, that is, the subsidy that the employee receives when he or she retires earlier than the legal age.
