Use
In this Customizing activity, you define the tax rates set by the tax bureau of China or relevant local tax authority for calculating the additional tax for employees.
Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
For each tax category of the additional tax, enter the minimum tax base amount and the corresponding tax rate.
Note: Enter the rate of tax as compared to the total income.
Example
For an income above 1000 CNY in Guangzhou, the tax rate for business tax for casual workers is 5%, and the tax rates for urban maintenance and construction tax, education surcharge, and local surtax are 7%, 3%, and 2% respectively of the business tax.
In this case, create the following entries for Guangzhou and enter the valid period for each entry:
