Use

This step enables you to determine an ID for the application from which you transfer wage components to payroll. When external wage components are transferred, the ID is used as part of the key.
By determining an ID, you simultaneously create a new subtype for infotype 0579 External Wage Components. The subtypes of infotype 0579 are used to assign wage components to the application in which they were created.

Standard settings

The standard system already includes customized subtype PF00 (pension fund), which is required for the PF interface.
