Before running EEA reporting, you must assign industry sector codes to your personnel subareas.

Activities

To assign industry sector codes to personnel subareas, execute the following procedure:

  1. Open the Personnel Administration IMG.
  2. Open Organizational Data.
  3. Execute Maintain additional details for Canadian personnel areas.
  4. On the screen that follows, maintain the Identification data fields for each personnel subarea subject to EEA reporting.
  5. Save your entries, then exit the transaction.

Note

For the purpose of EEA reporting, you must only maintain the Sector and SIC code fields for each personnel subarea. However, in order to provide data for other system functions, SAP recommends that you maintain all fields found in this IMG step.
