Use

In this step, you configure three features that are required to perform payroll outsourcing in conjunction with mySAP ERP HCM.

Requirements

Do not perform this step unless you intend to perform payroll outsourcing in conjunction with mySAP ERP HCM.

Activities

  1. Execute this IMG step. In the subsequent dialog box, choose the first activity:
    • Configure feature OTVSN

  1. On the subsequent screen, configure feature OTVSN to reflect the type of payroll outsourcing to be performed.

    For more information, refer to documentation for feature OTVSN.
  2. Save any changes that you have made, then activate feature OTVSN.
  3. Choose Back to return to the dialog box.

  1. Choose the second activity:
    • Configure feature RETRO

  1. On the subsequent screen, configure feature RETRO to reflect the events that you wish to trigger retroactive accounting in conjunction with payroll outsourcing.

    For more information, refer to documentation for feature RETRO.
  2. Save any changes that you have made, then activate feature RETRO.
  3. Choose Back to return to the dialog box.

  1. Choose the third activity:
    • Configure feature OTSEL

  1. On the subsequent screen, configure feature OTSEL to reflect the data that you wish to be imported from various infotypes in conjunction with payroll outsourcing.

    For more information, refer to documentation for feature OTSEL.
  2. Save any changes that you have made, then activate feature OTSEL.
  3. Choose Back to return to the dialog box.

  1. Exit the Implementation Guide, then proceed with payroll outsourcing.
