Use

In this IMG step, you maintain information relevant to a specific institution. This table is relevant for:

- institution group Belcotax (0012): to maintain the SI Registration number and the Company ID related to the senders (third party service providers)

- institution group External workplace (0022): to maintain the SI number.

- institution group Sender for Pension Declaration (0023): to maintain the SI Registration number and the Company ID related to the senders (third party service providers).

- institution group Dimona (0025): to maintain the SI Registration number and the Company ID related to the senders (third party service providers).

Requirements

Make sure you have maintained the following activities:

Standard settings

The SAP system is shipped with an empty table.

Activities

  1. Click New entries.
  2. Enter the relevant institution code.
  3. Enter the SI country if necessary, that is, the country where the employees pay their SI contributions and taxes.
  4. Enter any institution-specific information if necessary.
  5. Save your entries.
  6. Repeat the previously mentioned steps for any further entries.

Example

For institution group External workplace (0022), you must enter the SI number of the workplace.
