Use

In this IMG step, you maintain the addresses of institutions, local units and subareas. To assign institutions to the corresponding institution group, choose the activity Maintain Institution Groups. For example, the National Office for Social Security is assigned to the institution group 0001.

Requirements

To work with multiple addresses, you must have maintained the following activity: Activate International Addresses.

Standard settings

The SAP system is shipped with an empty table.

Activities

  1. Enter the relevant country grouping (12) and the address type. This can be either IN (institution), or LU (local unit), or SA (subarea).
  2. Choose New entries.
  3. Enter a 30-character description and press Enter or the Address button to fill in any further details.
  4. On the Address screen, click the International versions button to enter multiple addresses.
  5. Save your entries.
  6. Repeat the previously mentioned steps for any further entries.
