In this Customizing activity, you set up the link between the personnel area and subarea and the institutions defined in activity Authorities.

Activities
Select the personnel area/subarea you want to maintain.
For each personnel area/subarea concerned, enter the following data:
The company address code. This is - for institution group 0012 - the institution code that contains the address data for this personnel area/subarea.
The language code.
The indication if the company was entitled to the Maribel reduction in 2000. This applies to companies with an industrial or commercial purpose, except the companies belonging to one of the following Joint Commissions: 117, 305, 306, 307, 308, 309, 310 and 326. This indication, together with employment status 1 (blue-collar worker) is used to determine which employees belong to category 01 for the structural reduction (since the 2nd quarter of 1999).
If relevant, enter per institution group the correct institution code in column 'Institut.' and the registration or identification number in column 'Number'. Don't forget to enter:
the employers social insurance number at institution group 0001;
the sender for the yearly Belcotax declaration (institution group 0012) and the sender for the quarterly social insurance declaration (institution group 0013). In the 'Number' field for institution group 0013, enter the identification number of the sender of the social insurance declaration. The RSZ/ONSS assigns this number of 6 positions to every employer or payroll agency that is allowed to submit social insurance declarations.
