In this Customizing activity, you determine whether all types of authorities relevant to your company have been entered in the system.

These authority types or institution groups are groupings of governmental and non-governmental institutions.

In Customizing activity Authorities, you can create one or more institutions per institution group and maintain additional data per institution.

Standard settings

Various authority types are part of the standard delivery, as follows:

  • 0002    Tax office
  • 0003    Subsistence support (bestaanszekerheid/ sécurité dexistence)

  • 0005    Child allowance
  • 0006    Third-party liability insurance
  • 0007    Group insurance
  • 0008    Insurance for industrial accidents
  • 0009    System of unemployment (SUC/ SUIC)
  • 0010    Inter-company medical service
  • 0011    Social secretariat payroll agency
  • 0012    Sender BELCOTAX
  • 0013    Sender social insurance declaration
  • 0014    National employment office (RVA/ ONEM)
  • 0015    District employment exchange (VDAB/ FOREM/ BGDA)
  • 0016    Various insurance policies
  • 0017    Warranty and social insurance fund

Activities

Check whether all required institution groups have been defined and enter new types if necessary.

Do not change the existing codes. You can create new groups using a non-existent code.
