Use
In this activity you can map the marital status of an employee defined in infotype Fiscal Data (0101) which you have defined at Marital statusto the corresponding code which is used within zone 2.019 (Marital Status) of the BELCOTAX - Advance Tax Declaration.
Requirements
This mapping is only necessary when you created entries in the customers name range of table Marital Status (B) (T5B14).
Standard settings
The mapping of the SAP entries of table Marital Status (B) (T5B14) to the ones allowed for zone 2.019 (Marital Status) of the BELCOTAX - Advance Tax Declaration is done in the report BELCOTAX - Advance Tax Declaration (RPCBWAB0).
Activities
You have to map the entries you have created in the customers name range of table Marital Status Designators (T502T) to the ones allowed (maintained in Marital status keys for DAQ reports (V_T5F99FMS) ) for zone 2.019 (Marital Status) of the BELCOTAX - Advance Tax Declaration.
Example
Within infotype Fiscal Data (0101) you are using the value 9 for Marital status (P0101-BVFAM) .
You have to map the equivalent value of this value 9, which is used in infotye Personal Data (0002) for the Marital Status (P0002-FAMST) to the corresponding Marital Status of the BELCOTAX - Advance Tax Declaration in table Marital status key recodification for DAQ reports (V_T5F99FAM).
For the BELCOTAX - Advance Tax Declaration only entries of the subapplication BOWA are taken into account.
