Use

This step enables you to link a printout formular to a fiche and to choose the form type. The formular can be printed for the employee. You can choose between sapscript or Pdf.

The form group for Belcotax is HR_BE_BOWA

Requirements

Standard settings

SAP uses standard the Sapscript form HR_BE_BOW_TPLATE

Activities

In case your organization wants to use another Form than the SAP standard, the following steps are necessary:

  1. Doubleclick on Forms under Dialog Structure
  2. Doubleclick on Customer Form Setting
  3. Choose "New Entries"
  4. Select the Form Variant
  5. Enter the relevant Validity period for the Form Setting
    1. Enter PDF for PDF based Forms
    2. Enter SSC for Sapscript Forms
  6. Enter the name of the relevant form
  7. Save your entries
