Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the PY-BE component. You can use this BAdI to introduce a customer handling during the printing process of fiches. This enables you to filter fiches for printing from the TemSe.
You call this BAdI when printing fiches via the Fiches 281.xx - Printing documents (RPCBWPB0) report.
Requirements
This BAdI is included in the HRPAYBE_TAX enhancement spot (from 6.0 release).

Example
The TemSe file includes data that has been accepted by authorities, that is, all fiches have received a positive notification. However, a selection of the fiches may still be incorrect (for example if an employee's external data has been miscommunicated, or if customizing is incorrect and a wage type with advance taxes has not been included in the advance taxes).
In both examples, the declaration will receive a positive notification, however, these declarations are still incorrect. Therefore the employer must make an update declaration which will be the subject of a new notification. When this last notification is positive, then this becomes the valid notification. Based upon the B2A-status table, the standard SAP BAdI checks the latest valid declaration related to the employee, and excludes the initial declaration from printing. The exclusion is enabled by means of the Check B2A indicator in the Fiches 281.xx - Printing documents (RPCBWPB0) report.
