This step enables you to:

  • Check and define the unit for printout forms
  • Define sections for Belcotax forms
  • Assign description texts to Belcotax forms

Activities

Check and define the unit for printout forms

  1. Check the existing values and create additional ones if necessary.
  2. Click on the button "New Entries"
  3. Enter the relevant unit and the description. Entries defined by you should start with a number. Do not forget to translate the texts of the units to all necessary languages. Otherwise, no units appear on the printed forms in these languages.
  4. Save your entries

Define sections for Belcotax forms

Select the relevant voucher number

  1. Check the existing customizing and press on the button "New entries" if necessary. In this case, the following steps have to be performed as well:
    1. Enter the relevant section
    2. Enter the validity period, the start and end date
    3. Enter the description
    4. Save your entries
  2. Repeat those steps for all relevant vouchers

Assign description texts to Belcotax forms

NOTE

The Form can be divided into two parts; the general part and fiche specific part. The fiche specific part (in the bottom of a fiche) of the Belcotax forms differs between all fiches. For this part, it is possible to influence what lines are shown and what the indention of the texts should be. The top part of the forms is more or less the same for all fiches. It also has a more predefined layout. This is because the address part always has to be positioned at the same place to fit in the window of the envelope. As a result, it is only possible to change the texts, not the sequence or the indention of them. This is the case for the sections assigned to the 'General part'.

Activities:

Select the relevant voucher number

  1. Check the existing customizing and click on the button "New Entries" if neccessary
  2. Select the relevant section, print form and sequence number
  3. Enter the validity period
  4. Enter the Level, the description in English and/or French, Dutch or German and if necessary Belcotax No Zone, Fiche Code and unit
  5. Save your entries
  6. Repeat those steps for all relevant vouchers
