Use

In this step, you can maintain fiche 281.18.

  • You must assign belcotax codes for the form in table View on BELCOTAX field specification (V_T5BT8). You can add them manually to your productive client or retrieve them via Utilities-> Adjustment from client 000.
  • You have to link wage types to fiche 281.18. You must define which wage types you wish to include in the different fields of the new formular. A field contains a BELCOTAX section number in which different values are cumulated. For this, you will make use of View on components for BELCOTAX by forms (V_T5BT7).

Requirements

You have to delimit certain wagetypes which are now assigned to fiche 281.10. The new fiche is valid as of January 1, 2006.

Standard settings

In the SAP-standard, the following BELCOTAX codes are available:

  • 260    Normal allowance from Ex.Employer being continued
  • 261    Overdue allow Ex.ER being continued
  • 262    Normal allow Ex. ER not continued
  • 263    Overdue allow Ex.ER not continued
  • 264    Sickness or disability benefit
  • 265    Occupational accident benefit
  • 266    Other events benefit
  • 267    Taxable arrears from allowance
  • 268    Normal deduction suppl pension
  • 269    Individual deduction suppl pension
  • 270    Advance taxes
  • 290    Sickness days
  • 291    Occupational sickness days

For the new formular, the following wagetypes are available:

  • /883    GWW 2nd week illness
  • /884    GMW illness-accident WF
  • /874    Gar.wage illn./lab.acc
  • /875    Illness/accident WF
  • /877    Illness/accident empl.
  • /87C    Labour accident WF
  • /87E    Labour accident empl.

Activities

  • Assign belcotax codes for the form in table
  • Link the wagetypes to the different fields of the new fomular
