Verwendung
In this step, you can activate the following user exits for report Annual preparation of Belcotax(RPCTXAB0) to change the form field contents of the various tax slips:
METHOD01
This user exit, which is called when the system starts processing the employee's wage types, allows you to change the data stored in the form fields 2.1 to 2.29 of each employee level record (level 2 record).
METHOD04
This user exit, which is called for every single wage type, allows you change or enhance the entries in form fields depending on the amount or number value of a wage type.
METHOD05
This user exit, which is called when the system has finished processing the employee's wage types, allows you to change the data stored in the form fields 2.1 to 2.29 of each employee level record (level 2 record) before saving it on the tape.
METHOD06
This user exit, which is called once per level 2 record when the system has finished processing the employee's wage types, allows you to change or enhance the evaluation of the wage type value of evaluation class 14. For example, you can change the content of form field Avantage de toute nature/Voordeel van alle aard.
Further Notes
You can also print customer-specific text on the forms 281.xx and 325.xx (xx = 10,11,13,14 or 20) using the customer exits 1,4,5 or 6 of report Annual Preparation of Belcotax (RPCTXAB0).
