Previously defined Activa texts
Alternative Activa texts The alternative texts provide more detailed selection options (via a new search help) to users when they choose Activa codes for Social Insurance (0100) infotype records.
Activities
You use this activity to activate and define alternative Activa texts, as follows:
Activate the alternative framework for Activa code selection. If you choose this approach, then you can implement enhanced relationships between deductions, allowances, and job codes. To activate the alternative framework, you define a value of 1 for the ACTIVconstant; text codes are then derived from alternative Customizing views. To use existing tables to derive text codes, you define a value of 0 for the ACTIV constant. Note: If you activate an alternative Activa code framework, then you also need to specify details for the various Customizing views.
Define the various texts for allowances, reductions, and job codes.
Define the relationships between the allowances, reductions, and job codes.
Example
The Job Card Codes, Activa Allowances and SI Reductions (V_T5BDRY) Customizing view summarizes the relationships between the reductions, allowances, and job codes. This Customizing view is the basis of the search help available to the user in the Social Insurance (0100) infotype, and the view outlines the relationships between Activa allowance codes and reduction codes.
