Use

In this IMG step, you check whether:

  • A personnel group/personnel area combination should be selected for Dimona declarations or not in table Employee groups/subgroups (B) (T5B9G).
  • A personnel action is relevant for Dimona declarations or not in table Mapping table for reason of action - Belgium (T5BO1).

The above-mentioned information is retrieved for further processing by the relevant report (RPUDIPB0) and eventually stored in the electronic Dimona file.

Requirements

Important: You must have maintained the Dimona-relevant data both at institution level and at company level as indicated under Basic Settings -> Institutions.

Standard settings are provided. Change them only if necessary.

Activities

To maintain the Dimona indicator in table T5B9G:

  1. Choose the activity Check Dimona relevance (T5B9G).
  2. Select an entry and choose Details.
  3. Check the Dimona indicator and change it if necessary.
  4. Save your entries.

To maintain the Dimona indicator in table T5BO1:

  1. Choose the activity Maintain Dimona information (T5BO1).
  2. Select a personnel action.
  3. Check the Dimona indicator and change it if necessary.
  4. Save your entries.
