Use

In this IMG step, you maintain the Dimona-relevant information in the institutions tables T5B9A and T5B9P. This information is retrieved for further processing by the relevant report (RPLDIDB0) and eventually stored in the electronic Dimona file.

  • T5B9A
    • Mobile phone and e-mail address of the sender of the Dimona declaration,
    • Phone number of the contact person to whom file-related problems have to be reported,
    • PO box number of the employer's official address.
  • T5B9P
    • Sender of the Dimona declaration and sender ID number.

Standard settings

The SAP system is shipped with a set of standard institution groups and institutions.

Activities

To maintain the Dimona-relevant address information:

  1. Choose the activity Maintain Dimona information (T5B9A).
  2. Enter your language key.
  3. Enter the relevant institution group and press Enter.
  4. Select the relevant institution and choose Details.
  5. Make the necessary changes.
  6. Save your entries.

To maintain the Dimona-relevant information:

  1. Choose the activity Maintain Dimona information (T5B9P).
  2. Select the personnel area/subarea combination and press Enter.
  3. Make the necessary changes.
  4. Save your entries.
