Use
In this IMG step, you maintain groups for the various deduction types, as defined in the step Maintain Deductions. This step is mandatory for the calculation of the deductions by means of the DMFA report (RPCDMFB0).
Deductions are related to either an employee or to his or her contract(s) (occupation code). In other words, a multifunctional declaration may contain deductions both at the worker and at the occupation level.
Requirements
No preliminary steps required.
Standard settings
The SAP system is shipped with a set of deduction groups to help you group deductions. You can assign more than one DMFA deduction to the same group.
Note
This table is of type C (customer) and can be changed by the customer only.
Activities
To create a new group:
- Choose New entries.
- Enter a 4-digit code and a description.
- Save your entries.
- Repeat the previously mentioned steps for any further entries.
