Use
In this IMG step, you maintain the official deductions you have to report by means of the DMFA functionality if applicable, whereafter you assign them to the relevant group in the step Assign Deductions to Group.
In the SAP system, deductions are triggered by the field Deductions SI contributions ER of infotype Social Insurance Belgium (0100) and stored in the Reduction block of the DMFA file in the form of either a fixed amount, a decreasing base in time or a quarterly wage.
Requirements
No preliminary steps required.
Standard settings
The SAP system is shipped with the standard deductions. Add new ones only if necessary.
Note
This table is of type C (customer) and can be changed by the customer only.
Activities
To create a new deduction:
- Choose New entries.
- Enter a 4-digit code and a description.
- Save your entries.
