Use

Form UN05 (WECH005) has different possible subtypes called risk identifiers (risk IDs). Each risk ID refers to a specific type of temporary unemployment (TU):

  • 001- Economical reasons
  • 002- Bad weather conditions
  • 003- Technical reasons
  • 004 - Superior forces
  • 005 - Superior forces of medical origin
  • 006 - Company closing - vacation
  • 007 - Company closing - vacation based upon collective agreement
  • 008 - Company closing - recuperation days reduction working time
  • 009 - Strike or lock-out
  • 010 - Dismissed protected employee

Standard settings

Activities

The triggering event for form UN05 is an absence. You must define absence types corresponding to a risk ID in activity Group Absences for Absence Valuation. Then, you must map the absence types to the corresponding risk ID in activity Define conditions of the form.
