Use

In this IMG step, you check the following standard functions that have been enhanced to support the DMFA functionality:

  • P0002
    This function retrieves the last valid name for the employee in the payroll period from internal table NAM and copies it to cluster table PERM, in addition to his or her personnel number and personal data such as nationality, country of birth, place of birth or date of birth.
    The structure of table PERM has been changed to include the DISIS field containing the SIS card number.
  • P0100
    This function reads infotype Social insurance Belgium (0100).
    Following the latest legal changes, the structure of cluster table SV has been changed to include the new fields of the above-mentioned infotype.

You can either use the standard subschema or make a copy of it and rename it to your customer name range (recommended).

Standard settings

The SAP system is shipped with the functions P0002 and P0100 included in subschema Basic data (BBD0).

Activities

  1. In subschema Basic data (BBD0), check the functions P0002 and P0100.
  2. Copy the standard subschema, rename it and make your changes if necessary.
  3. Save your entries.
