This Customizing activity is obsolete.
In this step, you can view the SAPScript form HR_BE_PERSSTAT used for the SI declaration control list.
Based on the results of report Generate SI declaration (RPDSIBB0) stored in cluster CX/WX, and retrieved by report Personnel statement (RPDSIFB0), the SI declaration control list is a hard copy of the personnel list the customer uses for controlling purposes.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard SAP R/3 System currently supports 4 personnel lists:
- A (manual workers),
- B (employees),
- C (employees only subject to sickness and disability insurance and working in the health sector),
- D (dismissed temporary workforce in the Civil Service).
Recommendation
Activities
- Enter the form name in the Form field.
- Enter the language code in the Language field.
- Choose Utilities > Test print.
- Enter the printer name in the Output device field.
- Click Print preview to preview the SAPScript form.
