Processing class 'SI cumulations for structural & low-wages reductions' (81) triggers the calculation of the structural and low-salaries reduction amounts an employer is entitled to.
It contains the following values (the first five values refer to the structural reduction regulation, the last one to the low-salaries regulation):
Cumulated days per period for reduction (1)
This value is linked to wage types 'Paid public holidays' (/854) and 'Worked SI days' (/85Y). It corresponds to Factor J (number of working days per quarter).
Cumulated hours per period for reduction (2)
This value is linked to wage types 'Paid public holidays' (/864) and 'Worked SI hours' (/86Y). It corresponds to Factor X (number of working days, including vacation days for blue-collars and assimilated days).
Cumulated gross per period for reduction (3)
This value is linked to wage types 'Base gross' (101), 'Base exceptional deduction' (104), 'Arrears' (105), 'Base yearly per piecework' (107) and 'Base advantage all nature' (108). It corresponds to Factor H (number of working hours).
Addition to quarter days (4)
This value is linked to wage type 'Unpaid holiday WF' (/852). It corresponds to Factor Z (same as X, but in hours).
Addition to quarter hours (5)
This value is linked to wage type 'Holidays workforce' (/862). It corresponds to Factor W (quarterly gross salary per worker).
