In this step, you maintain table 'Mapping table for reason of action' (T5BO1).
You can customize the combinations action type-reason for action used in infotype 'Actions' (0000).
In the SAP system, the following categories are available:
- Hiring,
- Change of contract,
- Early retiring,
- Retiring,
- Death,
- Dismissal,
- Leaving (other).
Example
The combination of a hiring action and the reason for hiring should be linked to category 01 (Hiring), but you may want to change Hiring (1) to Dismissal (1).

Make sure that all combinations exist and that they correspond to the correct category.
