In this step, you maintain SI-relevant data stored in table 'Personnel areas/personnel subareas' (T5B9P) and in table 'Institutions (B)' (T5B9A). This information is required for the SI declaration.
Note that the R/3 codes and numbers are displayed in the left column, the official ones in the right column.
Personnel area and subarea
Check whether the personnel area/personnel subarea combination is linked to the correct address code.
SI registration number
Each company is given a unique identification number when registering at the National Office for Social Security. This number is displayed in the right column of the 'Soz. Versicherungsamt RSZ' field.
The SI registration number is stored in field 1 of record 100 (tape identification) of the SI declaration.
Company address
The company address, stored in table 'Institutions (B)' (T5B9A), is displayed in the form of a 4-digit number in the 'Company address' field.
The address is stored in field 1 of record 001 (sender address) of the SI declaration.
Name of the sender
Identification number of the sender of the SI declaration, displayed in the 'Payer Social Insurance' field. This number is used for the quarterly declaration run. This is not necessarily the SI number; it can also be the number of a subsidiary or a division.
The identification number is stored in field 3 of record 000 (sender identification) of the SI declaration.
