In this step, you maintain the SI contribution reductions stipulated in AR/KB 495 and stored in table 'Additional reductions on SI employer's contributions' (T5BVL).
AR/KB 495 includes the following regulations:
- Young people aged 18-25, stored in wage type 'SI(ER)red OC 495 (18-25)' (/31W),
- Part-time schoolable young people, stored in wage type 'SI(ER)red OC 495 compu ed' (/31Y),
- Trainees, stored in wage type 'SI(ER)red OC 495 adm trai' (/31X).
Young people aged 18-25
This regulation allows young people aged 18-25 to combine learning with working by signing a normal and a work-training contract, provided that:
- The duration of the training period is at least one year and maximum three years,
- The training period consists of at least 240 hours a year,
- The training is related to the job he/she was hired for.
Companies are entitled to a partial SI reduction.
Part-time schoolable young people
The first regulation also applies under certain conditions to part-time schoolable young people.
Trainees
Companies employing trainees who also match the criteria mentioned in the previous regulations, are entitled to substantial contribution reductions.
