In this Customizing activity, you maintain the employee and employer categories stored in the Text tables SI categories Employees (B) (T5B0A) and Usage for SI-category employee (T5B0B) tables respectively.
An SI employee category allows you to group employees according to SI properties. The SI employee category is stored in the Employee category field of the Social Insurance (0100) infotype, and is retrieved and reported in social insurance declarations.
An SI employer category describes the branch to which a company belongs. The SI employer category is stored in the Employer category field of the Social Insurance (0100) infotype), and is retrieved and reported in social insurance declarations.
