The SI constants are stored in the following tables:

Payroll and declaration constants

General

  • SV100    Accuracy factor (multiplier for roundings)
  • SV108    Percentage used to increase the gross salary for blue-collars

Contributions

  • SVAEL    Fringe benefits rate (e.g. group insurance)
  • SVCHO    Unemployment guidance rate
  • SVFFE    Number of active employees (special contribution for Factory Shutdown Fund)
  • SVFSE    Number of active employees (special contribution for Existence Security Fund)
  • SVKBL    Additional rate double holiday pay (with pay restraint)
