In this section of the implementation guide you can customize the rule used to calculate the lunch ticket amount.

This calculation rule makes the proportionalizes the lunch ticket amount paid by the employee and by the employer.

Requirements

Before performing this step, it is necessary to determine a value for the constant VALRE. For that, proceed as shown in:

Maintain discount percentage of the employee's lunch ticket, in section Payroll -> Payroll Brazil -> Lunch ticket -> Maintain discount percentage of the employee's lunch ticket.

Standard settings

Recommendation

If necessary, customize the standard calculation ruleaccording to the needs of your company. That can happen, for example:

  1. If the employees subgroups have some particularities, which require different types of calculation.
  2. If the company uses specific wage types.

Activities

  1. Check the standard rule provided by SAP.
  2. Copy the provided standard rule BRV0 into another with a new name, for example, ZRV0.
  3. Make your changes in the new calculation rule ZRV0.
  4. Copy the sub-scheme BRBL into another one with a name allowed for customers (ZRBL, for example).
  5. Override your new rule ZRV0 call in your new subscheme ZRBL.
  6. Ontroduce the subschemea ZRBL in your main payroll scheme ZBR0.
  7. Save your entries.

Further notes

  1. If you made changes to the standard rule, use the main scheme ZBR0 instead of BR00, every time you make the payroll run.
