Nesta etapa de trabalho é explicado como os pares horários são ajustados aos tempos teóricos (Plano de horário de trabalho diário eventualemente sobreposto com substituições).
Os pares horários importados até ao momento são confrontados com os momentos do plano de horário de trabalho diário. Para cada nova combinação de momento diário e par horário é criado um novo par horário. A este par horário é atribuído um Tipo de tempos e um tipo de processamento através da função TIMTP no esquema de cálculo de pessoal TC00.
