In this section you can adapt the calculation rule used to create average wage types corresponding to leave notice upon termination.

Creation of those distinct average wage types is based on pay scale group and type recorded on Infotype 0008, as well as on the off-cycle category desired (leave, Christmas allowance, termination).

Standard settings

SAP standard version provides calculation rule BRRM for the creation of notice average wage types.

Recommendation

Adapt calculation rule to the needs of your company. That may happen:

  1. Due to pay scale groups and types variation.
  2. Due to different wage types usage.

Activities

  1. Check standard rule provided by SAP.
  2. Copy rule BRRM to another rule with a name allowed for customers. For example, ZBRM.
  3. Make the necessary changes in new rule ZBRM.
  4. Include the new rule on sub-scheme ZRAV, from where it is accessed.
  5. Override call of new sub-scheme ZRAV in your main scheme of payroll accounting ZBR0.
  6. Save your entries.
