In this section you can define employee eligibility for the payment of several labor rights upon termination, i.e., this section defines elements which entitle the employee to receive severance pay.
Such severance pay varies according to the type of dismissal and the type of employment contract.
Requirements

Create reasons for types of personnel actions in section Personnel administration -> Personnel administration -> Work procedures adaptation -> Personnel actions -> Determine types of personnel actions.
Maintain FGTS movement code for Dmel in section Payroll -> Payroll Brazil -> Length of Service Guarantee Fund - FGTS -> Maintain FGTS movement code for Dmel .
Activities
Select an entry for the type and reason of the termination personnel action.
Specify:
the movement code for GREU according to table found in its filling in manual.
the FGTS movement code
if necessary, the number of days of notice period.
if necessary, the percentage of FGTS penalty to be paid to the employee.
if necessary, the eligibility to receive Christmas allowance upon termination.
if necessary, the eligibility to receive leave allowance upon termination.
if necessary, the payment of the penalty regarding article 479 of CLT.
if necessary, the admission of the employee due to transfer from one company to another of the same group.
