Standard settings

The calculation rule provided calculates health risk premium from monthly working hours.

Recommendation

If necessary, adapt the standard rule to the needs of your company. That may happen, for example, if you choose to cumulate period working time into days or calendar days.

Activities

  1. Check the standard rule provided by SAP.
  2. Copy rule BR21 to another rule with a name allowed for customers, as for example, ZR21.
  3. Make the necessary changes in the new rule ZR21:
    • Change the name of parameter GSDIVP (operation NUM) to a new name, if your option is not cumulation of period working hours.
    • Save and activate your changes.
  4. Copy sub-schema BRT0 to a sub-schema with a new name, as for example ZRT0.
  5. Substitute call of new calculation rule ZR21 in new sub-schema ZRT0.
  6. Save your entries.
