In this section you can adapt the rule used to copy Christmas allowance average wage types created by the user, for technical wage types in the system.

The aim of this rule is to allow inclusion of wage types relevant for Christmas allowance calculation based on averages, creating for each user wage type a corresponding wage type, thus realizing the one to one relation.

Recommendation

When necessary, please adapt the standard calculation rule to the needs of your company. That may happen if:

  • Wage types used by the company belong to that company.
  • There is the need to use more average wage types than the ones included in standard rule.

Activities

  1. Check rule provided by standard version.
  2. Copy rule BRD2 to another rule with a new name, ZRD2, for example.
  3. Make all the necessary changes in new calculation rule ZRD2:
    1. If you whish to include new wage types or to change them, please define the name of that wage type in sub-item of source code "WageTyp./TimeTyp".
    2. Execute option key "Display"
    3. Include corresponding technical wage types in rule, always with the prefix /DM.
  4. Override call of new rule ZRD2 in payroll main scheme ZBR0.
  5. Save your entries.

Further notes

  1. If you have changed standard rule, please use main scheme ZBR0, instead of BR00, everytime you execute your payroll.
  2. New technical wage types must always begin with the prefix /DM .
