In this section of the implementation guide you define the denominators eligible for first parcel calculation of the employee's Christmas allowance.

Take into account the following elements:

  1. Calculation of half of 12/12, furthermore
    • disregard the month on which is paid
    • disregard if the employee was enrolled in the same year
  2. Calculation of half the denominators from the begining of the year until the month on which is paid, furthermore
    • disregard if employee was enrolled in the same year
  3. Calculation of half of 12/12, furthermore
    • disregard the month on wich is paid
    • take into account that the employee was enrolled on the same year
  4. Calculation of half the donominators from the begining of the year until the month on which the allowance is paid, furthermore
    • take into account that the employee was enrolled on the same year

Thus being, calculation of denominators is limited by two factors:

  1. Employee enrollment on the same year: in this case, the denominators are counted from the enrollment data.
  2. Calculation of denominators:
  • take into account denominators from the begining of the year until its end, disregarding the month of first parcel payment
  • take into account denominators just until the month of first parcel payment

Activities

  1. Insert one of the following values in constant named DECPR :

    0 Disregard factor a), and factor b)

    1 Take only into account factor b)

    2 Take only into account factor a)

    3 Take into account factors a) and b)

  2. Save your entry.
