In this section you can adapt the rule used for absence type checking eligible for Paid Weekly Rest (PWR).

Requirements

Before doing this procedure, you must:

  1. Copy rule DSR2 to an individual calculation rule (ZRS2, for example).
  2. Copy time evaluation scheme TM00 to an individual scheme (ZTM0, for example).
  3. Copy scheme for time wage types creation TC00 to an individual scheme (ZTC0, for example).
  4. Copy sub-scheme DSR0 to a new one (ZSR0, for example) and insert it in new schemes ZTM0 and ZTC0.

Recommendation

When necessary, please adapt checking rule for absence types considered upon PWR discount to the needs of your company.

Activities

  1. Check sub-rule given by SAP.
  2. Copy standard sub-rule DSR4 to another one with a new name. For example, ZSR4.
  3. Make the necessary changes in new sub-rule ZSR4.
  4. Override call of new sub-rule ZSR4 in new rule ZSR2 (from where it is accessed).
  5. Save your entries.
