In this section you can adapt the rule to form the basis used to calculate the employee's Paid Weekly Rest (PWR) amount.

Example

Requirements

  1. You must have copied main scheme of payroll BR00 to a new scheme with a name allowed for customers (ZBR0, for example).
  2. You must have copied sub-scheme BRT0 to an individual sub-scheme, as ZRT0, for example.

Standard settings

Recommendation

When necessary please adapt standard calculation rule to the needs of your company. That may happen, for example, if you use specific wage types.

Activities

  1. Check standard rule given by SAP.
  2. Copy standard rule BRD0 to another rule with a new name. For example, ZRD0.
  3. Make the necessary changes in new rule ZRD0.
  4. Override rule's ZRD0 call in new sub-scheme ZRT0 (from where the rule is accessed).
  5. Override the call of new sub-scheme ZRT0 in your main scheme of payroll accounting ZBR0.
  6. Save your entries.
