Requirements

Before performing the activities described in this chapter, you must:

  1. Group employee subgroups for time quotas in section Time management -> Time data administration and recording -> Absences -> Absences catalog -> Absence count -> Absence count rules -> Group employee subgroups for time quotas .
  2. Group personnel subgroups for time quotas in section Time management -> Time data administration and recording -> Absences -> Absences catalog -> Absence count -> Rules for absence counting -> Group personnel subgroups for time quotas .
  3. Set types of absence quota in section Time management -> Manage time accounts via attendance/absence quotas -> Time quota type -> Set absence quota types .
