Use

In this section you define to which absence type grouping belong the absence types created for you company. You can also select (or not) the option to count denominators during Christmas allowance calculation.

Requirements

Before performing this step, you must ensure that it was created previously:

  1. Personnel area/personnel subarea groupings: Time management --> Time data administration and recording --> Absences --> Absences catalog --> Group personnel subareas for absences and attendances.
  2. Create absence and presences types: Time management --> Time data administration and recording --> Absences --> Absences catalog --> Set absence types.

Activities

  1. Choose the desired absence/presence type code.
  2. Assign an absence type grouping to the absence type defined in the previous item.
  3. If needed, select the indicator to count denominators during Christmas allowance calculation.
  4. Save your entries.

Example

In caso of absences due to meetings or external training, the aubsence type grouping must be, for example, excused absence.
