The following payroll constants, stored in table Payroll constants (T511K), are used to calculate the holiday pay:
- BEVA1: Single hol.pay at end contract:
Calculates the single holiday pay amount when the employee leaves the company. The amount calculated corresponds to 7,67 of the annual salary.
- BEVA2: Double hol.pay at end contract:
Calculates the double holiday amount when the employee leaves the company. The amount calculated corresponds to 6,8% of the annual salary.
- BEVA3: Tot.doub.HP at end contract:
Calculates the total double holiday pay and additional holiday pay amount when the employee leaves the company. The amount calculated corresponds to 7,67% of the annual salary.
- BEVA4: Add.doub.hol.pay (% of tot. HP):
Calculates the additional double holiday pay amount for employees who worked at the same company during the previous year. The amount calculated corresponds to 7% of the monthly salary.
- BEVA5: Double hol.pay (% of tot. HP):
Calculates the double holiday pay amount for employees who worked at the same company during the previous year. The amount calculated corresponds to 85% of the monthly salary.
- BEVA6: Add. doub HP at end contract
Calculates the additional double holiday pay amount when the employee leaves the company. The amount calculated corresponds to 0, 87% of the annual salary.
- BEVA7: Double leave vacation bonus
Calculates the double leave holiday vacation bonus when the employee leaves the company. The amount calculated corresponds to 1 % of the annual salary.
