This constant enables you to convert the gross wage currency in payroll function Processing educational leave (BEDLE). The currency value will be mostly set on EUR but EUR4 is also a possibilty. In the latter case, calculations are made with 4 decimals. This is necessary for blue collar workers who are being paid on an hourly basis.
