The government has defined three different course types :
- Language course
- General Education
- Professional Education
A fourth type was defined to tackle re-examinations : 9. Re-examination
Each quota you use, has to be linked to a corresponding course type in this table. These course types are used to make the declerations, and to make the distinction between a normal course and a re-examination. All quota for re-examinations have to be linked to course type '9', otherwise this will lead to inaccuracies in the declarations.
The course types are fixed, and cannot be changed.
Example
IF you decided to copy all the standard leave types to your own naming range, you should link, for example, all Language Course-related leave types to course type '1', except those for a re-examination.
